Returns & Repairs
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt for full refund on all regular priced items.
To be eligible for a return for full refund:
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item(s) must be stored and returned with all original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be printed and placed inside the return package prior to sealing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned package.
Please be sure to follow all instructions for returning your purchase. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to process your return.
All discounted items are final sale, with the exception of full priced items purchased using a temporary discount code.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Jewelry repairs are assessed on a case by case basis and may incur a fee. Please contact email@example.com for further instruction. Be sure to include "REPAIR" in the subject of your email. A representative should respond to your email within 2 business days.
